MXMPixels is not an agency and not a team. It is me, Bryan Maxim, designing and building every project myself, so the person you brief is the person who does the work.

I started designing websites twelve years ago and have worked on almost every kind of screen since: marketing sites, dashboards, mobile apps, brand identities and a lot of slides.
Along the way I noticed that most people who needed a website were stuck between two bad options. Agencies with long timelines and big invoices, or templates that looked like everyone else. Most of the time spent on a project was not design at all. It was waiting: for meetings, for feedback, for the next person in the chain.
So I removed the chain. You send one brief, I start designing in the first hour, and repetitive production work is handled with modern, AI-assisted tools. Every decision about how your business looks is still made by me, and I care how it turns out.
