The brief
Juniper Row sells some of the loveliest old houses in town, from a template site that looked like every franchise in the county. Listings lived on a portal, and sellers only found the valuation form if they already knew to ask for it. The founder wanted a site with the quiet confidence of the office itself, one that turns homeowners into valuation bookings.
What I did
- Designed the homepage, listing pages and neighborhood guides
- Built a property search bar that works just as well on a phone
- Placed the free valuation form one scroll from the top
- Wrote the agent profiles and four neighborhood guides with the team
- Drew the office map and guide illustrations in a fine-line style
