The brief
Little Oak’s old site was a scanned brochure and a contact form, so parents called the front desk for everything, from insurance questions to 3 am fevers. The practice wanted a friendly site new parents would trust, with sick visits, the nurse line and booking impossible to miss on a phone.
What I did
- Designed a warm, rounded look with hand-drawn leaf and acorn illustrations
- Put same-day sick visits and the 24/7 nurse line at the top of every page
- Wrote a four-step first visit guide and plain answers to parents’ top questions
- Built an insurance checker and a clinician directory the office updates itself
- Drew a custom map showing the parking lot and the stroller-friendly entrance
