The brief
Northside Dental’s old site was a single page with a phone number and a photo of a toothbrush. New patients kept calling with the same three questions: do you take my insurance, can I come after work, will it hurt. The clinic wanted a site that answered those questions and made booking the obvious next step.
What I did
- Designed and built the homepage and five inner pages
- Wrote plain-language answers for nervous patients
- Put booking in the header and after every section
- Set up a team page the clinic updates itself
- Launched with hosting, domain and SSL
