The brief
Octave Lane’s old site was one page with a phone number and a price list PDF, so every enquiry turned into a week of emails. Parents wanted ages, prices and teachers before they called, and adults assumed the school was only for children. The school needed a site that answered both and put the free trial lesson first.
What I did
- Designed the homepage around a free trial lesson form
- Drew the five instruments as keys on a keyboard
- Wrote separate paths for little ones, school-age children and adults
- Put termly prices and group classes side by side on one page
- Built a recital and open morning block the school updates itself
