The brief
Marian “The Terror” Lăpușneanu is a four-time Colosseum champion who coaches kickboxing in Galați. He wanted a site that makes people want to train with a champion, answers the practical questions (when, how much, where) before anyone has to write, and gives the gym a simple way to check members in at the door.
What I did
- Designed and built the site in Romanian and English
- Put the programs, prices and weekly schedule on the homepage
- Built a trial session form that opens straight in WhatsApp
- Added members with QR cards, scanned at the door
- Handed over a control panel for the schedule, prices, texts and photos
