The brief
Ampwell’s customers usually arrive in a hurry: a breaker keeps tripping, or a new electric car needs a charger. The old site buried the phone number and listed every service in one long paragraph. They needed a site that separates urgent jobs from quotes in seconds.
What I did
- Designed the homepage and a page for each service
- Kept the emergency line pinned on mobile
- Built a quote form that goes straight to the office inbox
- Added a service area page listing the towns they cover
- Handed over a control panel for prices and service notes
